At Bodhiyana Meditation Centre, our courses provide practical guidance for cultivating mindfulness, emotional balance, compassion, and inner clarity. Whether you are completely new to meditation or interested in exploring Buddhist teachings in daily life, these programs offer a supportive and welcoming environment for learning and practice.

Introduction to Buddhist Meditation

A beginner-friendly course designed to help practitioners establish a meditation practice and understand the foundations of mindfulness and concentration.

  • This course is made up of 4 classes, each lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes, a total of 6 hours.

  • During these 4 classes, we will share with you the basic meditation techniques as taught by Buddha Śākyamuni 2,500 years ago.

Participants will learn:
  • Mindfulness of Breathing
  • Mindfulness of the Body
  • Meditation on Loving-Kindness
  • Meditation in four postures: walking, standing, sitting, and lying down
