Payment & Insurance｜付款與保險
Online booking is managed through Jane App.
Clients are required to have a valid credit card on file in order to book and hold appointments.
Payment is due at the beginning of each session.
Receipts will be provided for insurance reimbursement, where applicable.
Please check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage for
Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC).
線上預約透過 Jane App 系統進行。
為確認與保留預約時段，需提供有效信用卡資料。
每次開始諮詢時進行收費，並可提供收據作保險報銷（如適用）。
建議向您的保險公司確認是否涵蓋註冊臨床諮詢師（RCC）。
Cancellation Policy｜取消政策
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule
your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed sessions,
will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the session rate.
This fee will be billed to the card on file.
如需取消或更改預約時間，請提前至少24小時通知。
若少於24小時內取消或未出席，將收取50%的諮詢費用，並從已登記的信用卡中扣除。
